Professional Background:
I have completed my undergraduate studies at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology with a BSc in Physics. I started my career as a Junior Executive at a software farm. I have also worked briefly at US-Bangla Airlines as an Executive. Later, I started working as an Application Officer at AIMS Education Limited. I have been working here since February 2023.
During my tenure here, I have not only been busy with processing applications and such but also been busy with guiding the students by providing accurate information regarding the destinations, institutions, courses, etc., as well as assisting them in the full process, starting from course selection to visa application and pre-departure briefing. I also have been working as a B2B Officer. I am working with 20+ different partners worldwide.
Specialization:
I am adroit in career counselling for the individuals aspiring to study abroad. Apart from that, I keep myself busy with processing the applications of different destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Denmark, Poland, Malaysia, Hungary, Dubai, Malta, etc. and through different portals such as GUS, Salesforce, OIEG, ONCampus, StudyLink, Shorelight, StudyReach, MSM Unify, UCAS, Applyboard, SI-UK, Adventus, Edvoy, GSP, ECA, StudyGroup, etc. and different nations such as Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Nigeria, Ghana, Algeria, Kenya, Nepal, etc.
I am an expert in processing applications for admission, scholarships, and visas to foreign universities including understanding various university requirements and ensuring all applications meet these criteria. I handle communications regarding application statuses, admission procedures, and email communications, including receiving and responding to inquiries and I also engage in marketing and promotional activities occasionally, to enhance the visibility of the company and attract new clients. I assist in writing SOPs (Statements of Purpose)/Study Plans for students, a critical component in securing admissions and visas as well and I ensure timely and accurate application submissions, coordinate with universities and manage application workflows.
Personal Achievement:
I completed UK Agent & Counsellor Training of the British Council, Counsellor Course – Australia of ApplyBoard, and Counsellor Course – United Kingdom of ApplyBoard.
Apart from these training sessions, I have work experience in career counselling and application processing. I have processed hundreds of applications successfully until now. Till now, three individuals have departed for the UK under my supervision, and many more are about to go. I am also working with 20+ B2B partners worldwide.
