With a diverse and accomplished career spanning several roles in education and data management, I bring a rich blend of experience and expertise to my current role as a Student Counselor at Aims Education. My professional journey began as a Data Operator at Golden Harvest Info and Tech, where I developed strong data management skills. I then advanced to leadership positions, serving as Team Leader of Student Support Officers at Aims Education and later as CRM Manager and Team Leader at Aims English.

In my current role, I specialize in providing comprehensive student counseling, guiding individuals through their educational and career choices with tailored advice and support. My academic background includes a BBA in Accounting from Madan Mohon College, as well as advanced qualifications in Business Management and Health and Social Care from OTHM.

I am well-versed in professional data entry, career counseling, and offering support with student visa applications for the UK. My dedication to the field is highlighted by several notable achievements, including receiving a Government Scholarship and Award in 2009, earning the Aims Education Certificate for Student Counseling, and being honored with the British Council Agent Award Certificate and the Best Employee Certificate from Aims English.
